Once I submit my application will I hear back from recruiter?
Currently, we don’t have the capability to personally respond to every resume/application we receive. However, if your qualifications and experience align with the position you applied for, or other open positions, a recruiter may contact you to discuss the next steps.
I see multiple jobs on your website that I’m interested in; should I apply to all of them?
Because different talent acquisition partners support different roles, an application submitted for one job may not be reviewed for other relevant openings, so please apply to each role you’re interested in.
Does Sequel Med Tech provide sponsorship?
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Does Sequel Med Tech utilize artificial intelligence to screen resumes or partake in the interview process?
No, at this point in time Sequel Med Tech does not utilize AI at any point during the hiring process.
What should I prepare for my first interview with the recruiter?

During this call, we will delve into your career history, assess your knowledge, skills, and experience, and gauge your enthusiasm for the position you've applied for. It’s useful to have your resume and job posting readily available during the call. Additionally, having examples on hand that illustrate your acquired knowledge, skills, and experience from your career journey can be valuable. Please also be prepared to ask any questions you may have about Sequel or the job that will help you determine if it’s the right fit for you.
How long does the hiring process typically take?
Once interviews begin, the typical hiring process takes between 3 to 6 weeks. However, the timeline is influenced by the intricacy and number of interviews necessary for specific positions. For instance, certain technical roles involve technical interviews, which may extend the overall recruitment process compared to other roles.
